About the Event
The four presentations will focus on:
- Intervertebral disc disease: IVDD is the most common cause of vertebral column pain and myelopathies in dogs and also can occur in cats.
- Localizing, diagnosing, and managing intracranial disease: Intracranial neurolocalization to one of the four brain regions enables a streamlined approach to subsequent generation of differential diagnosis lists and treatment plans.
- Chronic seizure management: Epilepsy is a life-long disease that is also the most common neurological condition observed in dogs and cats.
- Vestibular dysfunction: Vestibular disease in dogs and cats spans from benign to serious conditions. Effective localization within the vestibular system is the first critical step in determining a patient's diagnosis.
