FAQs: Attending Your Live Course

    1.    How do I access the live lecture?

​

    •    The live session is hosted on Zoom—

         no website interaction is required to join.

    •    Simply check your registration confirmation email or ticket for the              Zoom link and access details. Don't worry, we will also email you the            day before the event with complete attendance details. 

         Can't find it? Email us: support@vetonitce.org

    •    For registered site members: You can log in to the website to view              all event details,  including the Zoom link, course materials, and                    more.

    2.    Are the course materials required?

​

    •    No. The materials are optional and serve as additional resources.

    •    You can participate in the live session without these materials.

    •    Materials are also available for later review

    3.    Where can I find the course materials and live lecture recording?

​

    •    The course materials and live lecture recording will be emailed to              you within 3 hours of the course ending.

    •    They will also be available in the Course Materials Group on the                  website for registered users.

​

    4.    What can I access on the website as a registered site and course               member?

​

    •    Enrolled site members will see:

    •    Complete event details (including Zoom access information).

    •    Downloadable course materials

    •    Access to on-demand content including the lecture                          recording after the live session.

 

Note: This course materials/group areas are password-protected to prevent public viewing and require that you are both logged in as a site member and enrolled in the associated course.

    5.    When will I receive my Certificate of Completion?

​

    •    Certificates are automatically generated after the live course -

          please allow up to 1 hour for processing.

​

    6.    Do I need to take the quiz to get my certificate?

​

    •    No, if you attended the live session, you do not need to take the            quiz to receive your certificate.

    •    The quiz is only required for those accessing the course on-                  demand after the live lecture. 

    

    7.    Can I get the course materials in a different format?

​

    •    Yes, we’re happy to assist! We understand that some learners                 may need alternative formats for various reasons, and we will               do our best to accommodate your needs.
